Hi, I’m Sylina, the owner and instructor at Studio31 – A Pilates Studio.
Fitness and health have been central to my life for over a decade, and Pilates quickly became the practice that transformed me the most. As a mother of two boys, I know firsthand how demanding life can be and how important it is to stay strong, energized, and confident. Pilates gave me more core strength and confidence than I ever thought possible — especially after childbirth — and it has become the foundation that helps me thrive in motherhood and beyond.
I believe movement should be empowering, not intimidating. My goal is to share my passion for Pilates in a space where women (and men too!) can feel both challenged and supported. I want my clients to discover that building strength, improving posture, and protecting their health can become second nature.
At Studio31, we grow stronger together — in body, in confidence, and in life.
This class will teach a few core principles and answer any questions you may have.

Breathable fitted clothing is recommended. Must wear grippy socks or can also be barefooted.
Mat Pilates is done on the floor using just your bodyweight and small weights for resistance. We will also use props to add variation to movements.
We turn up the heat for this class. Please come prepared to sweat and feel the burn!
All clients will be required to fill out a health history questionnaire. This will help me to better serve you. All clients must also sign a waiver before taking a class.
